Diet programs and diet products are a dime a dozen and I say nothing works better than plain old fashioned clean eating, food journaling, exercising, reducing our exposures to toxins and getting sufficient hydration and rest. I don't claim to be a fitness guru but I have had a lot of experience with different exercise programs and diet programs, over the years, so I figured I would share my thoughts and experiences.  

My favorite eat clean programs: The Fast Metabolism Diet by Haley Pomroy. I also love The Eat Clean Diet by Tosca Reno. 

Both ladies have a knack for keeping things simple and teaching their readers how to eat clean and not go hungry. Both ladies teach about portion control and food groups and how to journal your food. It's ironic to me with how many diet products that are out there, that all we really need is the earth and her gifts. 

Some of my favorite workouts are: zumba, jazzercise, suspension training, yoga, swimming, volleyball, horseback riding, and hiking. 

Adrienne is one of my favorite You Tubers for Yoga at home. If you are new to yoga I totally recommend that you check out her videos. ​
